For UK redundancies, does anyone outside of sales know if it is 4 weeks per year at base salary, or is car allowance included also? do we get any % of IBP? What is the notice period?

I think I read for US it is 2 months + 1 week per year and IBP at 75%. Any clarification for UK would be appreciated

UK was 4 weeks per year of service. Capped at the equivalent of 52 weeks.

@mvg+1qq9wYK1 Assume this would be UK/Ireland based?
I have heard Ireland is at least 6 weeks OTE.

Mine was based on OTE, with car allowance etc. all paid. I got a month per years service and my 3 months notice period as well. A nice bonus was a commission payment a month later.
