When the split comes, Intel foundry will go under right away because there is literally no cash flow for it to survive. Who's gonna buy TD? Uncle Sam? Sheikhs? Jensen???

@nll which investors does Foundry have lined up to capitalize? I can't imagine Wall St is interested in a multi billion $ hole.

It won’t immediately go bust ; that’s a stupid POV. It will be capitalised by investors and given time to complete the capital investment side of its growth … then , it will have a window to become viable … if not , it will collapse in a few years. In reality , it will be fine … so many people here posting utter cr-p, I’ll informed , scaremongering tosh.
TD is now part of IFS. No separating them now.
TD is a worse investment than IFS. At least IFS has facilities and tools.
