Job Level Change

Anyone else notice their job level change in Worksay? Mine moved down to a 58 which is less in severance

Moved down from what? Look at your comp history every band change is listed there. No way it was changed without you being told - way too much red tape involved.

Mine didn't change. And for those not sure how to find it, go to your profile, click on Job and then click on Job Profile Details tab along the top.

I think it’s likely you just didn’t know your job grade in the first place. There is 0% chance they’re just unilaterally changing job grades.

You could be a software architect and be a 59 or 60 without having any direct reports.

Pay bands are different for those two. I’d look into that

Do you have direct reports. If so, you should be a 59. If you don’t, you never were. Btw. Severance is the same
