Severance is an amazing show on Apple TV! Check it out. I was compelled to binge it twice.
Is there a minimum severance ?
Severance is gone with the wind. Not really required.
People who have been here for longer than 13 years find the 26 week cap to be important.

If you are not with us and still curious, I'd say it's pretty generious. You get two weeks for every year of tenure. It does max out at 6 months.
I am not sure about the health options, if I remember correctly COBRA was quoted in thousands of dolars per month and up to a year in duration, very expensive.
