I know several people that were laid off this week (all long time OFS)….and was told more would happen this coming week.

I’m a former HR executive that Frank fired years ago. Frank and Tony M “his hatchet man” use layoffs constantly. The business will always be dealing with them in good times and bad. He’s the worst CEO as a people leader I’ve ever met. If you work for Fiserv you should leave there is no hope under Frank unless you are connected to him in some way - it helps if your Italian.

As indicated by your post ID, you are a UFO, if you believe in UFOs then fine, but many associates received their invites today. This is not a UFO, real associates impacted today , tomorrow and Wednesday.
As already posted here and confirmed, about 5% to be impacted in the US. The same process in November and December - every month!
Two options - believe in UFOs and stay put or start updating your resume and secure something in 01/2023. This way, you can take adv. of the severance package and a mental break. This is my strategy.
Today, they will say tomorrow. Tomorrow they will tell you Friday, Friday they will tell you next week. It's the Mayan calendar all over again.

Guys, please please don’t keep your hopes up, you may be lucky, and that’s great! but staggered layoffs are scheduled for Monday (today) through Wednesday. It is a fact - 100% - Many associates are not aware of this portal to report. I am personally checking on my group every hour. It is insane! Taking time away from customers.

Why can’t they just be honest??? We’ve lost so many in the dept and it’s like they vaporized…never to be spoken about out loud.
I am in charge of removing certain types of user accounts. There has been no large-scale removal request yet.
