What about all of the Crown-laid fiber?

This story isn’t going away.

@osk+1nOoVrcR, CC bought fiber companies because Towers are connected by DF. Hence, the logical thought of buying Fibernet, Sunesys etc. Towers are just over glorified WAPs (Wireless Access Points) that need to be physically connected to a back bone network. Just like your "wireless" home network.

For those of you who do not have ANY OSP experience or knowledge. This is for lead clad copper cables from the early 20th century that are still in the OSP. I don't expect wireless people to know wireline. Unlike CC, who believes they can have wireless, Aka Towers/SC/DAS do what fiber/enterprise does and vice versa.

Out of the 700 or so getting cut, only 59 are coming out of network. I’d say network is pretty safe.

There’s no lead in fiber. You must be one of the id--ts in tower that were getting ready to let go of.
