For a meets I am betting 2.5 percent raise max. If you are over MRP 1.5. Your bonus will be in the range of 85 to 92 percent. Too easy to figure out. If you are on a team of men who have a higher bonus pool your boss might give you LTI to make up the difference. Promotions do not happen until later in q1 when a nomination form will go out.
i got what i wanted - 15% more than what i got last year. not a huge leap but more than i was expecting and about what i was hoping for.
Hoping for the best for everyone. I never count on the incentive pay, but it's nice when you get it. My raise was .5% better than last year, but it's still not much considering inflation.
When will this be available in work-a-day?
