Citi is in a downward spiral and it is in all of our best interests to start looking for a new job. Even if you make it through Janes rolling RIFs, the stain of Citi will always remain.

@pmy+1pGa98sN it depends on the department, some departments are being completely removed, others are folded into bigger ones. It's a work in progress and i don't know where you're going. My guess would be to tell your boss that you've heard about reorg and ask wether you will be affected by the new re-org
I just got a job at Citi at Mississauga in the Tech Department, I am still in the background verification process so will they hold my offer..??
