An acquaintance who is an HR manager at a Tier I Auto told me that she broke one of the HR "codes" by telling me that her company has a designated HR person whose job is to snoop on this website. Apparently the task is to
1) Find information that the engagement survey cannot collect.
2) Locate the miscreants working for the company, track them and if needed eliminate them from the company. (Dunno how they are going to do it, unless someone is id**t enough to identify themselves......maybe triangulating information posted?)
3) "Improve the image of the company" ,,,,,,maybe by fake posts, stupid questions and insulting retirees or former employees
I wont be surprised if someone in Ford HR also has this very job description. What say?

Not sure if HR actively watches this forum.
They do watch Glassdoor and there was an effort to inflate ratings by posting loads of positive reviews and requesting negative reviews be removed.

I am sure Ford has that person, and questions like "hey whats your salary like?" and "if you dont like Ford, get lost" and "I am an intern" probably comes from him/her.
On that note, remember, even if you post your salary even within +/- $100, you can be identified. Post your exact salary to the last dollar (I know ppl wont do that, but still) and I am 100% sure you will be caught.

And that’s the big news? Every company has a person whose job is to monitor media and social media. But they can’t do much here. All user posts are anonymous, cannot be identified. Stike that - the posts written by a company shill are pretty easy to spot.
