Who filled out the Employee Survey?
My department had to waste more than usual by calling a meeting just to ask everyone to answer positively since last year’s responses were so low.

I just repeated my answers for every question.

No one cares how you answered. They don't really give a sheeeeet. Don't get illusions of grandeur. Answer the other way, and you will still get caught into meetings. Just for the sake of it.
I was absolutely savage in my survey responses.
What are they going to do? Fire me in this market? Oh no, not a severance package and numerous career opportunities. Please… no… don’t…
I answered honestly. It caused numerous meetings, interrogations and planning sessions on why people answered the way they did. Next year I plan to lie to avoid having to deal with it.
