Supervisor CL/pay for upstream

Can anyone share CL/salary information for upstream supervisor positions with more 10+ years with the company’?

Particular in geoscience or reservoir engineering

Supervisor pay and CL is no different than individual contributor pay for the same CL, ranking and years experience

Gardeners + plumbers + pool boys tag teaming house chores together, 28/28 on+off.

So, you don't consider sleeping in an offshore platform for 6 months working?

You did 6 months of actual work, but for 24 hours per day during those 6 months.

I rather sleep at home bruh.

I was CL 28 super making $328k per year (plus benefits) before retiring (EM upstream, engineer, offshore deepwater, 28/28 rotator). My 328k salary was based on 6 months per year of actual work. During my time off I rarely, if ever, visited the Spring office as I was too busy fishing or chasing the wife around the house, ha! Did this for + 35 years (I caught her several times during this period. :).

Salaries are by CL and there is no salary for the supervisor position. Could be from a 26 to a 28.
