I think reporting every unethical incident and violation to the federal regulators is the most effective way. We can also post those things on the social media.

Report every incident to the federal regulators. That will help.

I agree, this toxic bank needs to be legally punished and disabled. Wells Fargo has been breaking laws and conducting unethical practices for so many years. They pretend that they are doing something to correct issues in response to the regulators sanctions, but in reality, the bank is not listening to the regulators, they continue to violate the ethical standards.

@2mau+1sHJCRcd, sit down, you are way off base. The point of a class action lawsuit is not to get rich quick, but to get justice by punishing and destroying the corrupt organization. In my mind, a toxic bank like Wells Fargo should not exist. Bad for employees, bad for customers, bad for society.

Class action plaintiffs end up with next to nothing unless you are in the lead group. You can sue til you’re blue but likely will lose or they will pay you off. Has to be pretty bad to have a case and then you get next to nothing. Better advice is to just leave and move on w life.

I doubt that. Maybe they were just unstable to begin with.

Some WF employees actually committed su----e in the past. According to the press, abusive work environment and unreasonable pressure caused a psychological trauma to those individuals.

You can Sue, if your job is removed in US and rehired in India for the same position, same role and same team. But who has patience and who will sue. We need strong fighting people.
Or
Larger numbers can reach out to congress, press, email president office, Law office, and make a big Noice. Make it a national issue that "All American Jobs are moving to India". We are paying taxes and they are enjoying our jobs.

And by ‘unsafe’ you mean exactly what?

The way we can beat Wells Fargo is a class action lawsuit with news media support. We have to go after corrupt executives instead of going after small managers.
