Sunil has created a toxic work culture and KT is not happy. She will start to push him out in the coming months and replace Sunil with a better culture fit.

Funny, there is another Sunil in MMB and was hoping this was referring to him...read further and darn, it's not him. A very shallow, self-serving individual.
The way I see it, TK or KT = same. Evidence has shown that Sunil really dislikes women and has created a toxic environment so employees under this OU are leaving. Everything is a great opportunity when they make announcements (BH) of folks leaving but everyone knows this is due to the toxicity in CS right now. Be Kind is what TK has said and that word is not in his vocabulary, though seems like it was meant for him. Cant wait to see next town-hall, hopefully correction is made before then.
He alone is an operational and reputational risk to the bank and this is greater than the risk he may reduce holding this title.
Also, musical chairs to say positions have been eliminated. This is toeing the line of unethical behaviors with laying folks off.
And there you have it, tying this back to the premise of this site.
Unless we report up through Sunil to TK, we don’t care, the bank is too big.
The will just fill it with another DEI hire.
This will be interesting. Considering Charlie recruited Sunil over from their Mastercard days, KT would be stepping to the chainsaw.
DEI hires just go with the flow
he was the seesaw hired by sip my coffee
Oh yeah , baby. That guy has no real sharpness to be the head of IC. Another hire from our top dog, the chain saw.
@pzj that could still be Kerrins. I am regularly addressed by my last name when working with non-US employees.
The OP said KT multiple times not TK.
Seeing how only one Sunil reports to TK, it’s easy to see if you use one brain cell.
Given there are 180 Sunils at WF and literally thousands with the initials KT, you may want to be a bit more clear as to what you are talking about. You do know there are over 260,000 employees and dozens of business lines, right?
