Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Wellsfargo toxic era

This company has developed a highly toxic environment, with H1B workers being hired in the U.S. to replace American employees, while significant outsourcing operations are conducted in India. Across the organization, there is a noticeable overrepresentation of Indian workers who often form groups that exclude others. They collaborate with HR to ensure that only individuals from their community are hired, often manipulating situations to protect their interests. These actions include creating fraudulent accounts, falsifying performance reviews, engaging in H1B visa abuse, making unfulfilled promises, spreading misinformation, and fostering a culture of favoritism, nepotism, discrimination, and harassment. This represents one of the most challenging and toxic periods in the company’s history.

@q0 Asking a real question. I've seen many posts calling out self-liking and self-replying to posts. I don't doubt it in this case and I suspect it happens all the time, but how do you guys figure that out.

I'm trying to find these myself.

I love how OP created this borderline racist post. Upvoted it himself and replied to it himself

Disgusting to read this racist nonsense

I’m really struggling at Wells Fargo right now. My new manager has made this job so difficult and toxic that I’m actually finding myself looking forward to the possibility of being laid off. They are incredibly harsh and seems to play favorites, which has created such an unpleasant environment.

"This needs to stop. Its unfair being a citizen of a country and sit job less while Indians are playing nepotism in filling up the roles."

OK, but you've got to go back too.

What's toxic is posting the same drivel everyday. Find something else today for your own health.

This is true and I seen it first hand as I work in the IT industry.
People openly calls out that they will ONLY hire Indians. I dared brought on a local US citizen to the project and the team created so many hurdles for the poor soul to function normally. So much so that he had to go through hoops to get the access to the resources, which should have been provided as part of the role.

Plus, documentation submitted to DOL for eligibility in hiring an Indian on H1B is fake, made-up and outright gaming the system.

This needs to stop. Its unfair being a citizen of a country and sit job less while Indians are playing nepotism in filling up the roles.

It has turned into a Mafia
