Is there a competition going on here on who can hire more relatives and/or friends? Not only hire but bring in to fill the positions that should have been filled internally through promotions. It's ridiculous what's allowed to happen here in this day and age. Nepotism is not just rampant, it's the new normal.

I get tired of some leaders only hiring people from Goldman Sachs! The good Ole boys/girls network is strong in New York!

Has nothing to do with vax. It’s been happening for years. Promoting career advancement but hiring friends and family with NO experience at all. As long as you are D&I. Great way to show employees that if you aren’t part of friends and family. You are stuck.
Most higher level gigs go to in-house promotions. Nepotism may work after you've done some ground level work. Never stop building your brand and networks ;)
This nepotism shlit has been going on for years here . I have seen some good qualified people come through on this issue but I have seen a lot of unqualified people. This company is known for doing this shlit. I hope this nepotism cr-p stops because it causes a lot of bad morale among employees. I thought this company was better than this but its not. It just promotes friends and family.

I think you get $1500 now for a referral who is hired. Maybe that why people are referring their family
