Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

$92.58 - What a POS stock!

On the flip side, at least nobody is complaining about the cr@ppy ESPP discount.

@qwi+1gHCB5wy the stock under performed the market since 2019, where it would out perform the market by 15%. The stock is a POS until management can get their act together.

Ha, if you dealt with clients who have Checkfree, I dont think you'd be bragging about building it.

Unless you’re over 60 you didn’t build CheckFree. You rode on the backs of those that did.
More gaslighting from team CBUS that can’t make their way to Jersey.
When were you going and why haven’t you already made a superhero difference while in OH?

Those buckeyes are probably still figuring out how they will afford to live in Berkeley with an average home price of $750k and a mortgage rate of 6%. Have fun in the arm pit of the US.

P.S. All the badgers moving to Berkeley will be the real people to save the company. Layoff the New Yorkers.

Team CBUS is only good for gaslighting everyone. They are a laughable broke joke. It’s either funny or pathetic to watch them knowing they haven’t picked up on the joke yet.

So when exactly are you super heroes supposed to roll into Berkley and turn this thing around? What the he-l are you waiting for?

I think the Ohio people are so far up Fr@nk's @$$ they wont be able to do anything in Berkley. Meanwhile a majority of your employees are unhappy and want to quit. A few people from Ohio can't save the ship. Here is one simple thing Fiserv could do to make the company significantly better.

Take meaningful actions to show the employees you actually care about them. Here is a quick list:

  • Spot bonuses
  • Off-cycle raises
  • Team outings
  • Improve the core benefits
  • Add new benefits that the company pays for (not fake ones that the employees cover the cost of)
  • Stop annual reviews

Get feedback from the Managers and Supervisors on who needs these things, the VP's and up have no idea who the really important people are.

Ohio = excellence. Excellence = Berkeley. Fiserv = Best fintech on the planet

It already exploded. From 105 to 92. The OH crew just crows about 200. And eventually getting to New Jersey. And making the best fintech single-handedly. Seems like they can’t find New Jersey, the stock can’t pass 106 and the OH cheerleader can only do something useless with a single hand.

Fiserv is up against a down market today. Franks plan is working. And soon the Ohio crew rolls into Berkeley and this thing explodes !!!!

I am not sure why people here are getting so worked up about the stock. We are in a declining market right now and Fiserv is just following what the overall S & P 500 is doing.

Now, that said, Fiserv management is not doing anything so noteworthy that it can buck the market trend either.

Fiserv is a Point-of-Sale stock due to the acquisition of First Data.
