Thread regarding Fidelity National Information Services Inc. layoffs

Do something about it. Help try to bring about change

Glint survey results, employee morale, customer satistifcation, etc They don't care about these things.

The CEO, CFO, head of TPO only care about 2 things: #1) the stock price #2) FIS' public image, and that's it, nothing else.

Posting here is 'feel good' venting, but if you want to post that has maybe some chance of influencing change, then post on:

(1) Glassdoor. FIS' current rating is way overinflated and an inaccurate representation of employee morale, and what's really happening

If real numbers of people post with realistic feedback, then maybe that's something they have to at least pay attention to

Completely agree! they don't care about employee morale or performance, but they do care about FIS's public image

Post your feedback!

@b6 looking at the open POs for these consultant companies and for how long FIS has been paying them, you’d think FIS would have their sh-t together by now.

Can you list anonymously on Glassdoor?

@bd smaller scale posts via VPN. They only need like a dozen or two posts from different ip addresses and unique email addresses spread out over a few weeks.

"pay a third party a nominal fee to "bot" review the negatives out of the picture."

I was wondering about this. How does that work? Glassdoor swears it's not possible, but there is zero chance FIS' reviews are as positive as thry appear on the site

I read comments yesterday in yahoo finance , at the community chat that each stock has . Someone brought up the high fee that we are paying to consultants and the mess that it created . So the shareholders will start to read .

@at I'd suggest using reddit. Google searches do have reddit comments show up but again it's like glassdoor in that the company can counter post. But the one advantage is that you can comment on the other posts to kind of expose them for what they are.

@at you could try commenting on FIS LinkedIn posts... Oh, right, most of them have comments turned off. Wonder why 🤣🤣🤣

Glassdoor reviews are easily manipulated by organizations. They can do it the manual way and corral employees to write positive or neutral reviews. They also can pay a third party a nominal fee to "bot" review the negatives out of the picture.
