Blame it on the DOGE Trump Federal Fund cuts. Everyone in the gov't and those who work for gov't contracts getting affected. Another 3.5 years to go. Good Luck!
Did anybody actually get an exit interview or just an e-mail?
Nonstop drama at L3Harris. When leadership keeps RIF Q over Q and Y over Y, it leads to bad leadership and planning. Exiting a toxic layoff culture is a blessing.
Only the good old boys group are left at Gvl and Waco😂
Clifton New Jersey saw phase 1 this past week. Planners and low-level managers. The week after the 4th of July weekend looks like more. Most low level non-union jobs like "manufacturing engineer" and "assistant planner" positions being scaled back or eliminated all together.
Greenville mainly
Planners and low level managers
More coming we hear
Who knows Who cares anymore
76 in Waco, not who should have though. More tomorrow as some took today off.
If the intent is to get reduce head count by end Q2, then they gotta be done by time 4th of July comes.
Any more after is getting a head start on Q3, and that don’t make sense till closer to end of Q3.

Roughly 8/10 in IMS Wescam was Indirect roles was a gamut of departments: procurement, engineering, business dev, operations, service, finance. All these roles don’t work on last Friday or weekend, so I guess their departments are done for now unless those people are away.
Wescam is cash positive and margins in the teens. Rest of corporation with fat sluggish programs is costing everyone else their heads.
Hallelujah Wescam and Comm Systems for keeping the cash coming !!
They got a few in Greenville today
Not for sure in the headcount
Waco had a few supervisor positions and a QA.
Maybe tomorrow will have more?
Had plenty let go in waco. Not the people that needed to be let go tho...
