No layoffs for rest of 2023. That's for certain. Plus, I was at a different all-hands later in the week that made it clear there will be promotions in 2024, not reductions.
For those who said “no talk of layoffs were mentioned in the Town Hall so it won’t happen”:
You must have been dead or completely ignorant based on this year
Auto companies DON’T Need a Town Hall to announce Layoffs Sherlock. Have you checked your e-Mail this am?? 😂👍

@rfr+1q3OWhNz Dude you know they only answer the questions they want to answer right?
Who gets to see the questions submitted to a Town Hall meeting?
The good ones have already left
The remaining ar boot lickers mostly
False. Everyone heard it and the Town Hall for themselves, no mention of layoffs of any kind. All of Ford's most important leaders were there, no reduction in resources discussed.
To add, no questions about layoffs were even submitted by employees for the Q&A, which shows that reductions aren't even on real Ford employees minds. Goes to show that most people in this online forum probably aren't even Ford employees.
Please leave and take your attitude with you. No one wants to work with people like you.
