Pi---d Off Employee Leverages Technology Against Management

In an awkward moment today, a WF employee unmuted himself several times during a meeting to let Management know what he thinks about them and the direction of the company. The employee also posted several comments in the chat, airing his grievances for everyone in an “All Hands Meeting” with 700+ employees in attendance to see.

While it was no doubt unprofessional, I can see more employees utilizing this platform in the future as employees are increasingly becoming more desperate as upper Mgt. ships our jobs overseas. It is worth noting, the people who are replacing these jobs were also on the call.

I did the same thing on my last day. There was an all hands in CT. You know after 7 years of hearing the same Sheet my impulse kicked in. So I wrote the chat -

"Talk is cheap, bye"

Oh yes everyone was on, and after that chat post I shut my computer down never looking back. My recruiter called me who was upset and had all the details. He told me and this is the best part "Wells Fargo might not every hire you again" LMAO ! Get out of here. :)

How about some details ? Strange to be on an all hands call where the meeting isn’t controlled, I.e. muted mics from the presentation team. Also, you get your severance when displaced, so why is this individual even in attendance? Should have gotten the boot first.

@rhs+1vBHFMdI If @OP was interested in anything but trolling they would have posted ANY verifiable information other than this short story in the OP. If 700+ staff they could have posted the meeting information in detail and no one would know who it is.
