But, but he’s a vet. And if you didn’t know, don’t worry he’ll tell you in the first 10 minutes of conversation.

F Hagerman. He is the worst. Phony liar. All he gives a sh-t about is outsourcing, fake diversity and inclusion and agile metrics. Doesn’t even care what people do, as long as the metrics are solid. Terrible leader, sh-t speaker and two faced.

Well, 30% of good jobs or 660 good paying jobs here in America is better than zero.

Besides, given the regulatory lens aimed at WF, I doubt they will risk announcing 2200 Technology jobs that will "further put pressure" on Technology jobs in the US, only for WF to send most of them overseas.

49 % of the outsourcing offshore and 34 % to India based on the 70 rule. And since we have no original ideas, surely Chuck will follow this formula.

It used to be the 70:70:70 rule. 70% os your processes outsourced, 70% of outsourced, offshore and 70% of the outsourced offshore should be in India but I seem to recall there was some regulatory issue with loss of process control and risk. Pushing to 80% is nuts but that doesn't mean it won't happen.

They don’t say WHERE they are hiring them. I think we all know that game by now. Chase played it for years and that’s where he came from. They are 70% offshore now and pushing for 80.

I can't read the article myself.

Do they say a net increase of 1,600 due to hiring? The hiring number doesn't have meaning without considering how it relates to the number of people we are losing.

It’s not 2200 technologists and 1600 engineers…

2500 technologists of which 1600 will be engineers and managers.
