@ Szn I was under the impression they are still hashing out the org chart. If they have already made their decisions why wait until beginning of Q4? Seems like a waste of money to pay people for an additional 6 weeks on top of the package.
Pretty dumb advice telling people to ask for the package. They have already made the decisions and created the org chart....and no they will not lay you off and give you the package bc you want to leave....
Email HR. Even though the Layoff is non-voluntary, HR and mgrs will have no choice but to take the hand-raisers sincerely and award the package......
They’ll lay the mo–ns off too. And make more managers.
