Thread regarding Ford layoffs

I posted one word: DESPICABLE. the post was removed………

I posted this word because it was the only term that captures the recent actions of this company’s “leadership”. To say I’m disappointed in what Ford has become would be an understatement. I hope all of you that were let go end up doing very well.

Retraining engineers is not the problem. NOT listening to what they say is!

"[T]hey also had to sign that they would never work for Ford again."

It looks to me that that Ford has cut off their di-ks and made ALL "separated" employees ineligible to be re-hired, whether or NOT you take their pittance of a severance package.

I certainly hope that people considering taking a job at Ford find these posts and comments, and not give up a good job at a better company.

Ford takes its orders from the WEF and other Puppet masters. It’s the reason how you can have such low intellect individuals running the place. Heck, you could have Sen John Fetterman as the CEO and be getting the same result.

@sef+1nmneCJH On top of letting competence go, to receive their severance hey also had to sign that they would never work for Ford again. Recalls are the worst they have ever been, with no signs of improvement. Where are they going to find anyone capable of righting the ship, if they refuse to retrain or rehire?

@OP, are you just crying for more attention or you don't know how to scroll down? Cause the post titled "Despicable" is still standing just a few threads bellow this one. So far it got 220 views, two likes and no replies.

Like moving deck chairs on the Titanic. On course still for a major disaster.

Any company that let's go employees (especially engineers) instead of retraining them will the latest technology is in huge trouble. And management doesn't know what to do. They follow the commands of the leader, but the leader, himself/herself, is lost.
