every company or organizational event in the last few months has two main topics, diversity and layoffs. since this seems to be all cisco execs 'can' or 'want' to talk about it must either be that: a) their compensation is based on that (# of jobs offshored or layed off, # of diversity events) OR b) they are incapable of covering their actual job due to lack of qualficiations, experience, education OR c) they themselves were primarily hired to to meet a diversity goal. Which one is it: a), b) or c)?

Don’t forget vacate from expensive EU nations and close down US small remote offices and keep top remote talent.

Diversity is a distraction, certainly not a priority.
Cisco Priorities:
- Stock Buybacks
- Dividends
- Layoff full-time employees, replace with contract workers
- Outsource jobs in CA and NC to low cost countries overseas
- Sell the latest buzzwords to Wall Street
