Is there some sort of hiring freeze going on right now? The job board has nothing right now....

They F with this kind of thing every year, near the end. It's yet another example of failed executive leadership. A company pulling down $20B/year shouldn't have to bring hiring to a screeching halt in December, only to get it rolling again in January.

Yes, almost all LOBs as far as I know. WIM is definitely talking about it. All other LOBs are having the same expenses conversations.
Yep. They are even closing requisitions in the interview stages. I was at round 3 and they were told to close the requisition 😪
It’s the end of the year. No dept posts this time of year. & Secondly, at least in the brokerage side, yes there is a hiring freeze for over a year. Basically backfill only with senior level approval
