I heard from some of the IBM contractors they are being asked to take some furlough days again. Additionally heard the contracting company Account Manager state there are more contractors at IBM then the amount of work.
I am guessing another series of Layoffs coming our way!!

This is exactly why I left IBM. They don't even pay the employees. They run a skeletal crew in most divisions and they expect you to shut up for having a job. I had enough and told them to s— it.
Yes, nice way to motivate your employees so they will work harder towards the CEO goal of increasing the TOP LINE... Things will never change at IBM... Financial engineering all the way!
After all the celebration of IBM have a great 1st half our CEO does an open office session to announce there will be no salary increases in 2020 due to Covid19??? Wow. After no profit sharing or bonuses for most just prior to the pandemic. But the push to sell and generate revenue is unrelenting!!! Wow, just Wow!!!
