My contract was terminated back in April after 18 years there. I found a great job making more money with a smaller company and the atmosphere at ford looking back is absolutely toxic and not worth the stress... If you get cut, consider it a blessing! You will find something better!

All the good and hard working people are let go while the dead weight stays in place
I was let go last Aug after 32 years. 8 years as TS. Was a great company to work for until Hacket came in. Never thought Farley would be worse but I was wrong. Farley is a huge clown and wants to outsource to LCC’s who don’t know what they are doing. But hey they will lose less money with LCC workers
I think that some of their low level management, LL5 and LL6, is one of the problems Ford is having, they letting good hard working people go and keeping the friend, family,...

What type of work do you do?
Ford sucks a-s. Worst place I’ve ever worked for. Used to be a great company but JF and all the clowns he brought are driving this company to bankruptcy. Quality is bad and will get worse. All the good and heard working people will leave. It’s a toxic place. It’s very sad
