Fran is an ideal 2020s Bond villain. Narcissistic, driven, deeply broken, on the far end of the spectrum, and obsessed with power. St-----g a crazy long haired cat on camera would make the caricature complete.

Yes - Maria is out but was allowed to reign way too long and CR gave her too much power which she used to bring her SF cronnies in.
She is part of the problem, as we have over-focused on saving the world while forgotten our core business -and neglected innovation.
Just look at the inflated HR Team. A VP for everything not contributing to the bottom line, never saw a Customer and have no idea what Cisco actually does. I was in a meeting where somebody from HR was "so surprised" that we sell firewalls .....
