I can’t say it was a surprise. My manager knew for months and did his best to keep me informed so I could get my ducks in a row. His manager also did his best to try and get us more time but that rang on deaf ears further up the chain. When those senior executives fill out their objectives for the year, that section where it asks how you saved the company money…just remember to count up all the hard working employees you kicked to the curb because your bonus next spring is coming from our paychecks. There’s a special place in he11 for them.

All of their material possessions - the big homes, the yachts, the cars, etc. will ultimately mean nothing when they’re old and forgotten.
There is life after layoff. Trust me. I was laid off 17 months ago. Just completed my 14 months severance and 14 weeks unemployment. Now I am doing what I love!!!
All you WF folks can do yourselves a service by staying away from Truist. It is a bigger clown show than Wells. You’ve been warned.

Congratulations! My date is looming as well. Based on the timeline, I will be a month shy of 31 yrs. This sh-tshow is not the company I started with. The firm can kiss my a-s….Good riddance. I am determined to land on my feet and in a much better place.

@tvi…those things left this company when Carrie T got into the position leading the community bank. These clown in leadership now are carrying on the tradition.
