This statement (in the form of a question) is meaningless. At EM and everywhere else, applications and resumes are scanned using computer algorithms and are either rejected or proceed based on pre-programmed matching parameters. People game these clunky algorithms to score interviews and job offers all the time. A high rate of rejection says very little about the quality of talent the company actually attracts.

I see that you are humorless and don't know that our HQ is actually in Irving, TX not Dallas. Nitpickers gotta nitpick. Yes, I know that most EM folk use Dallas instead of the technically correct Irving.
