@ucb+1tSuqRAX... maybe, Whole teams will likely be getting cut in the involuntary round. The cuts will be broad. This isn't a surgical process or it wouldn't have been voluntary from the start.

That means the majority of them will be declined by the management. That was written as the small print! That's exactly why the CPM applications are subject to management approval! HR has been playing this game far longer than the employees and they have it all covered.
