Has anybody heard what days we go in? Do we pick or is it planned? What if I am scheduled to work in office Wed, Thurs and Fri and decide to take PTO friday? Does that mean Mon or Tues need to come in ? What if Pto is scheduled Wed…those days in office need to be made up the next week?

How in the heck are they guaranteeing space? I can't wait to see the justified rage when some folks can't find a spot after making a super long commute.
Mr. Anonymous has a response:
They have no ing clue.

Because that’s what ex-Chase management does.
It didn’t work there either…which is why they ended up here.
Will the teacher do attendance at the beginning of class and mark absences that will be counted toward our end of term report card? Oh wait, I forgot this isn't school and we aren't children, but it sure does feel like that's how we're being treated.
Just start showing up, like George Costanza working in the Penske file.
I have a GREAT manager! His definitive response was: "I don't care. You pick."
If your manager can't have a discussion or figure out something this simple, then you have bigger problems.
When they did reserve seating before, you had better put in 2 weeks before to even get a spot. Then you reserve it and still find someone sitting in your spot. I spent more time alone in a conference room or cafeteria. I was ready to quit before they changed it. This unassigned seating does not work. Why do they keep pushing things that they know haven’t worked? It’s insane.
In the control organization....haven't heard a thing.
I plan the the push the fuqk out of the proverbial envelope on this 3 days in office BS.
Managers don't want to RTO themselves....they sure AF don't want to manage people to it.
No additional info has been shared with managers either. They are similarly in the dark…
No matter where you go, Wednesdays are going to be full of people.
I’ll badge in, walk around for 5 minutes, and badge right out if there’s not a place for me to sit.
Not one person on my team is in my region, and there’s no way I’ll be meeting new people if I’m sitting somewhere new every day.
Third Thursday of each month.
Like most things from this management team, there is no real plan and they won’t communicate even what they come up with until the last minute.
If they were smart they'd have done it A/B weeks like my kids school does. But NO, can't have 3 days at home in one week. That's a bridge too far.
Most managers have no clue and they don’t even know when or how they are expected to be there. Welcome to the usual WF BAU. Nonsense till the end
Spoke to my manager and she was unclear exactly how days and attendance will be coordinated. There may be some kind of neighborhood planner functions or some such person or function in Corporate Properties or maybe an admin somewhere will have a master schedule or well who really knows the details anyways. My manger has bigger fires burning.
So you saying 3 days in 2 weeks? My understanding was 3 days every week
No. I’m expecting to know this the week before probably. All I know so far was the email saying 3/14 from SP. not a word from anyone since.
It's all too complicated for me. I will have to quit. LOL!
How about talk to your friggin manager?
