After this week I honestly believe everyone will get cut - it’s just a matter of when. No one is safe unless you’re the damn ELT or favored by them. Whether it’s a year from now or 10 years from now, no matter what area you’re in, how long you’ve been with the company, or what your role is - you will always have a target on your back. We might as well all just accept that as a fact.

A young girl in my old office won the DPA 3 years In a row, was promoted to Management and was functionally r—ded. She ended up quitting to make Sandwiches. This-this- is what gets promoted/protected at Allstate.
Absolute truth @ush+177PwrgV
All I’ll say is if you are in management and have no upward room in your salary band, Allstate was the the lawn mover, and your a$$ was the grass....
Totally agree...no one is safe. Do not begin to entertain the thought that layoffs are done. Allstate is just getting started. Historically, in some cases, when Allstate does layoffs, they are done towards the end of the year and before the new year begins so that the salaries of the people laid off do not carry into the new year. Then in the new year, another wave of 60-day notices start around March so people will be gone around the end of June, and another wave starts toward the end of the year. Allstate may use another layoff pattern. Who knows. However, the pattern just described is what was used this year.
Encompass and Allstate IA, fasten your seatbelts and hold on tight. You too are in for a bumpy ride.
“Everyone”..............I guess it will just be TW and GS in the tower at the end.
No job in this country is 100% safe forever.
