I posted earlier that there are another 36 layoffs coming in Iowa with a layoff date of 12-31-22, per Iowa Workforce development. I don't see my post anywhere. With a layoff date of 12/31 and given WF is giving 60 day non-working notices, that would mean a notice date to those staff of 10-31-22 right?

@iqz+1j5rmllk it has hit across board the last couple of years. In breadth, not high numbers in any one LOB. Should be interesting, We actually got rid of our do- nothings the last time it happened.
36 whole people? Are they closing down Des Moines now?

Iowa WARN has nothing for Wells Fargo on 12/31.
They have 36 for 11/22. Those were people given notice on 9/22.
Given 10/31 is on a Monday, I find it difficult to believe that date is accurate (not saying it won't, but it's "unlikely"). It's also unlikely that we'll see very many WARN notifications going out to team members after 10/13/2022 which is next Thursday. 12/15/2022 is the date you have to be employed through in order to get the 401(k) distribution payment and the holidays right after.
Too bad I don’t work in Iowa. Though, don’t they call that a flyover state?
