The government won't save you. No matter who is in office, businesses will continue to offshore jobs to save money and increase shareholder money. Capitalism trumps politics every time.

The offshore model failed in the early 2000s and it will fail again. The people overseas are gaming the system.

It's pretty clear Wells Fargo management, a company which manages trillions of American dollars, no longer considers U.S. employees, to be their primary work force.
Go for it! Send all the IT jobs offshore. Just wait, when the next administration comes on board and insists all the jobs come back. Don’t forget to share the price tag of what it costs to send all those jobs overseas. Then the additional cost of throwing out all that overseas developed software and have it rebuilt here at home.
