Just leave. If you're still waiting for VSP then don't, the company don't have enough cash to pay you

The VSP was will worth it:))). Thank you intel management for that, d-mb move on there part- otherwise I would had actually left - I was actually one of the d-mb ones that was working full time during Covid. While many of my friends had great vacations for 3 years
I feel like out of the people left….. they will do forced leave vs VSP.
Too many good people will take VSP at this point.

I feel Ireland is the least likely to be affected.
@ydf because in Ireland it can be worth up to 2 years salary depending on years of service.
But don't worry, our salaries are half of the US packages.
Why do folks get so hung up on waiting for VSP? Does your new job not include a signing bonus, or a pay increase, or better performing stock? How many opportunities are you willing to pass up waiting for VSP?
