Selection work has concluded, it is in the hands of HR now. Next week is the notifications. Good luck.

In refining, they're holding to the stated deadlines. HR will do the final audit of offer letters on the 26th and job owners will receive those letters by 10 AM on Tuesday the 27th. Notifications can begin immediately, but all need to be done by the 29th. Employees selected must confirm by Friday the 30th. Nobody has been given unofficial notice their status in advance, from what I am seeing.

Selected: get a Teams chat message from job owner asking if you are available for a quick call, usually as soon as they are authorized to start telling people
Not selected: get a meeting invite from selection rep for 15 to 20 minutes usually later than when they tell the selected people, so no news a day or two after selection event ends is not good news.
If you want to spare yourself the bs excuse as to why you didn’t get a job, just don’t make yourself available for the calls so they will be forced to communicate the outcome via email and tracked snail mail.
