The irony is there that there is an organization and the VP name is "Harsh Aacharya" just look at his organization, He has almost 10-15 Sr. Director and Directors and 10-15 , I-10.
Most of them promoted and getting hefty salaries. This whole group has its own nexus and they promote their own people. No executives has been laid off in his team.

Yes if they are looking to reduce costs. They will have to target the more seasoned employees regardless of their location.

The irony is the older you are and near retirement the more hybrid inclined.
Last time I was in office there was no one below 50. These are the higher salary employees

So they will have to cut from the hybrid more than remotes unless they want to run a retirement home. They really didnt think this through
