Assume hes talking about open positions. My teams getting an india resource. I dont need someone to run processes I've built. Rather get an automation model going and a raise.
I just hope Charlie can pump the stock long enough to let me dump it.....and start banking locally.....I've had enough of big banks.
All locations people are doing to move to for a sh-t corporate job.

Those numbers aren't right. We have way more people than 1300 in Charlotte. In STL, there are almost 4,000.
