And we do. There are plenty of amazing people who are excellent at their jobs and still working at Fiserv. People any other company would love to have. I don't understand why they're still here, though. The company has been doing all it can to convince every one of us to quit. If I had their options, I'd be long gone. Their staying is puzzling, to say the least.

Every time Frank holds a town hall a bunch of people shake their heads and leave the company. Outside of telling people to get back to the office and to work harder, the leadership is insistent that grossly underpaying their employees is definitely not the reason people are leaving.
@whr+1i7PT0ns I get what you're going for here, but when the job starts negatively affecting your health, it's not worth sticking around anymore.
@1abx+1i7PT0ns When was your company acquired by Fiserv?
Stop, just stop, we all know there is not 44k people anymore at Fiserv.
When i started at Fiserv, via an acquired company, we were in workday straight away. I remember this because we were trained on using it before our start date. So, i am HIGHLY skeptical of someone saying that new acquisitions aren't in Wordday. It is a distraction.
workday doesn't list all 44K employees, several acquisition business units don't use and aren't included in that system You need to let go of all those old fiserv ideas and welcome the FB way of leadership.
P.S. More like 37k ... not 44k anymore. (check Workday)
why would anyone resign voluntarily?
and miss out on months of severance and benefits? ha!
There are plenty of remote jobs out there, but they tend to skew heavily towards younger companies like startups or small companies. These work environments are often quite a bit different from Fiserv's, and so many Fiserv employees may find the transition to such a company to be a difficult one -- though not impossible. I must admit that I've seen far fewer large companies the likes of Fiserv offering remote positions outside of sales and customer support, but I'm sure there are some out there if you look hard enough. Finding a good remote position is a little bit harder than finding a good traditional in-office or hybrid position, but it can be done (I know this because I did it myself once Fiserv started forcing employees back into offices).
Why is it so difficult to find a remote job? I thought that was the new normal and all of the top companies were going that direction. Isn't it only the old leadership at Fiserv that is wrong? Maybe you are realizing that Fiserv isn't alone in wanting people to be in the office?
Trust me, lots of people are looking for a new job, but since it's the remote people being targeted and we have to compete for a small number of remote jobs against a huge amount of other job seekers, it's not easy to land something new.
lol , there are more than 200 that do not. I've seen a lot of people that have put in the two weeks within the past month. I think people are activly looking, but waiting for the right move. They are also preparing their resume or updating skill's as well. Fiserv's Tech is outdated by many years, and requires people to update their skills.
Not sure your point other than yes 43,800 of us love our Jobs at Fiserv and 200 do not.
