No longer can carry over ppto starting next year

Associates in most locations can cash out more of their unused pto and ppto at the end of the plan year. Beginning in Feb 2023, associates will no longer carry over all unused ppto to the next plan year.

Way to sc--w over the long term associates again.

BTW...The "sick time bucket" 192 hours that was locked away for a few years....well you can now be paid out if you have a mgr willing to do the work to get it done....I am down to like 70 hrs....from 192 I thought I'd never see!!

All that it is saying is that it will only carry over 80 hours of unused ppto. If you have over 80 then it will be paid out. READ the info and get the facts people before you freak out.

Well, They stole the 200 plus hours of sick time a few years back so use all your ppto or they'll take that too. They will pay it out on the same week you get a bonus and a 2 week pay check so your taxes shoot up another 15 percent.

False. Read PTO policy on the wire.

That’s okay that just means some of us that have been with the company for over 20 years won’t feel guilt when we call call out and use our ppto

@whx+1f8l8xAF You don't have to worry about that at the end of this year as ALL ppto will be paid out. Then you have to earn it all over again. Lets hope you don't get sick on 2/2/2024.

I use all mine except 40 hours every year so it doesn’t get locked away like our sick time did. Not getting screwed twice.

No more Cheerios?

Isn't this just a policy change from an update back in 2019?

I think you mean 'way to keep long term disgruntled associates just waiting for an eventual mega-payout from holding the company hostage' but ok.
