Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

When do TellDell results become public

so, when is the long awaited day supposed to happen? Really curious what the results show this year. I'm willing to bet they'll be sugar coated to look positive.

This year's results are being delivered by an anthropomorphic dog gently reassuring himself while sitting in a room engulfed in flames.

I work for a unit that doesn’t receive results. It has been mentioned that the head of this business unit doesn’t give a damn what the results are. Haven’t heard my teams results in 2 years.

Tell Dell survey is a big Joke! You get the same cr-ppy managers that get slammed on the survey year after year and they are still a cr-ppy manager instead of just getting rid of them and boosting the morale for their teams.

I don't think it matters. The only time they tell you something is when it is good for the company. I really don't remember the last time the results reflected my personal views. Then gain, there are a lot of people su-king up so, who knows.

50/50 split on return to office order accompanied by over 20% drop in tell Dell survey... looks like employees are in open revolt, just don't give a $hite, or both. Well done Jeffo.

They’re poor but a bunch of BS. It’s a BS scoring system and this year they’ll just chalk it up to the economy and changes.

Dell is a ridiculous place to work.

@szv+1t8U2OBE You've deconstructed Tell Dell and Dell itself there beautifully. The "WE HEAR YOU" felt like a punch to the gut.

Michael Dell should be sued for using Tell Dell.Toxic workplace setup.

The results are always the same in Tell Dell…

“The number one thing we hear from our sales organizations is we need to improve tools. We want to say this very clearly - WE HEAR YOU. That’s why we are launching DSA, DOMS is now going away”

proceeds to pull a skin over top of DOMS, with a new face called DSA

Lipstick on a pig.

Dude… you’re getting a DELL.

Funny that Dell rhymes with the place that’s opposite of heaven.

Fitting.

Last year my then VP (who is now gone, YAY!!!) got a -41 on Tell Dell. She was happy about it during her team review. She said that people not liking her style of lack of leadership was what she was brought in for.

In short it has been years (if ever) that Tell Dell actually resulted in any improvement in the company.

That was the plan, was it not? To make people unhappy so they would quit?

Managers have already received them. We got them two days ago. I know it may come as a shock, but satisfaction with the hybrid policy is very low.

@wkp+1t8U2OBE Couldnt agree more.
Results will be lower than ever and Layoffs and beatings will continue and drive morale further into the ground.
But share holders are happy which is the main thing.

like anything meaningful emerges from these results; talk some action plans and do little to nothing
