So by the numbers alone CS was comped after the earnings went up. Smh
Meets, 1%, same bonus as last year. So, almost exactly where I was this time last year.
Mortgage employees…. What are you seeing for merit and bonuses?
meets 2.5%, not eligible for annual bonus plan
Chief Executive, 20% merit and $10million in restricted stock
3% raise.
Bonus: slightly better than last year’s
Expected for Meets
Senior IT engineer, 2.5% merit, 9% bonus.
Can everyone share rating along with bonus %?
@ @wqr+1qJJmTm9 What was your rating ?
comp reports are available on workday. hr sent email just earlier so managers are able to go in, print out, and communicate to employees.
Bonuses are slightly better than last year. To be honest, it feels odd since we are expecting some forced attrition.
Tech, Lead, 2.86% 21% bonus
Yes, numbers are out. Of course there was a delay in getting the numbers out.
If you got a 2, no merit increase and bonus less than last year (flat at best if you are a 2 close to 3). 3 and 4 increased bonus.
what is a senior SE ?
Comp locked in and released to managers. Not all LOB's have been authorized to disseminate the info yet though.

A hollowed out, non-functioning, siloed, flowchart-centric, off-shored, Technology "Team" are all who is coming to the rescue.
On a related note: ever use Enterprise Jira on the Tuesday before Enterprise Sprint dates? It was kind of like that.
again... this is a LAYOFF site... not a let's all share how much money we are getting.
Merit looks like 1.8% for me and my meets.
