I won't punish employees for something Ford leadership is responsible for.

Every single Ford employee - especially former Ford employees (August 22 and June 23) - have switched over to Tesla. They have fully embraced electric powertrain and Elon's leadership style.
The quality stinks, the employees will lose their jobs anyway, I will never buy another Ford.
The mentality here is truly stupid.
My last car, 2019 Edge, I bought after the lease expired and promptly sold it to a non-Ford dealer at a $4k profit. It has zero recalls.
My current car, 2021 Bronco Sport port, I plan to buy this fall. I can make about $7k on that one. It is in one recall that took the dealer all of an hour to fix.
My vehicle purchase will be based on a sound logical, financial and want/need decision. Current Ford employees are harassed if they don’t drive Ford vehicles or better yet new Ford vehicles which su-ks in and of itself.
My money, my choice. If Ford makes a kick a-s vehicle that I want and it has great quality and residual values, I’ll buy it. If not, I’ll buy something else.

This is laughable. Do what you want OP. I will never buy another Ford after the way they've treated their employees. I wasn't even affected (yet), but they're ruining the lives of our people. I've got standards that they do not.

with the recent layoffs that laid off engineers without regard to expertise? yeah expect even more layoffs in the next few months.

Just because s(he) "won't stop buying fords" does not mean ONLY buying Fords. Perhaps s(he) wants an F150 as a work truck but wants a camry for general family transportation.

So you are going to punish yourself by buying vehicles that are unreliable, loaded with recalls, and have no resale value? There are a lot better vehicles out there. I only bought Ford because I was loyal. I was stupid.
