Displaced long time employee, and was set up for failure recently. Mid-year was Needs Improvement, Year-end was Inconsistently Meets. These are the only two reviews showing in Workday. Should I be worried about my severance?

They will probably use the less than Meets reviews to justify termination for performance, rather than position elimination. That means no severance. I would recommend you line up a job outside the company, ASAP.
Reviews weren’t available online until Workday, 2 or 3 sounds right.
Severance is based on years of service and is pay off is current salary.
Severance is not impacted by review status (ask me how I know 😂).
Nobody that's laid off gets bonuses unless their WARN notice carries them past 9/30 and that's not possible unless you're laid off in August.
if you are laid off instead of fired, then it does not affect your severance. 60 days plus 2 weeks for every year. fired -- then nothing I assume.
If there is a bonus component, expect the minimum amount. For the other components, don't worry, inconsistently meets won't impact it.
All we hear is silence. No answers to questions. This has been hard for many co workers and supervisors. But please understand we are trying to align ourselves also. As this process has a lot of questions. .
@xti+1sz23yV6 Really hope that's not the case, been here 10 years with much better reviews before this. Most of my struggle was dealing with an unwanted role change due to restructure and previous layoffs. Just when I felt like I was getting a handle on it.... :(
Clearly you are being 'managed out' so that the bank will not have to pay severance and only cover unemployment expenses.
Laid off or fired?
Remote worker, part of a recent displacement wave. Job will not move to hub.
People remaining after layoffs have to pick up the pieces of their fallen partners. That sets them up for failure.
Laid off or fired?
You should.
