Once RTO was announced, I saw the writing on the wall.
I started applying outside of the company for remote positions. But according to our one MD- “TheY dOnT ExIst”
Then when they announced layoffs I was obviously concerned.
I have an offer with a company - Full time, it pays more- but I lose a lot of things such as Short term, long term, the PTO is 8 days less, the health insurance is OK, not the best but good.
They are willing to give me a bit more per year if I want to stay on cobra.
They want me to start on 09/11. My question is- do I stick around and find out if my position gets cut? I have honestly no problem burning the bridge with the contracting company despite starting the paperwork. But I am unsure.
I love my team.
I love the work.
I get constant good feedback from my management.
I don’t know what to do
Org - CTS,57. Not sure if TC plays a role…but I’m up there I feel.
I know I’m blessed to have found something so fast but I do not know what to do.
Advice from anyone?
