Anyone knows?

Where do you see if someone has been 'deactivated'?

Quite a few. The 1708 lost was mostly VPs, sr directors, directors. Let's hope they keep their claims of primarily going for bloated management.

Any idea on what’s happening at the Geo level? This sounds like primarily global so far.

Keep going with the VPs. When I was there I saw so many VPs and Sr Directors who didn’t do anything except drive around in their Porsche Cayennes and act entitled and as if they were so brilliant. They weren’t. ETWs actually do much of the work there with little to no credit.

Not enough. Lay them all off so Nike can move forward. Right now it is stuck with bad energy, male perspectives and old thoughts.

Working people into the ground is for your benefit while Nike moves through to the next round of applicants it can misuse for years.

It didn't make sense for Tech and Analytics to have so many VP's to begin with. I don't think people let go were bad people or even bad leaders. It was just a result of executive leadership's empire building. Probably some people wanted more VP's and Sr. Dir reporting to them so created more and more layers of management. The same happened in Meta, Google, and Amazon, so they've all been doing restructuring to reduce management layers.

@Heavy, it was much more than 4 VPs. There were around 8 from analytics alone. I would estimate around 40-50 VPs.

4 VP's and 18 SR Directors were given notice Friday from what I heard from an HR Director. They are starting from the top down. Good luck next week.
