We lost a lot of people last half and reduced the number of managers. Many inside reps are doing the work of 2 by also functioning as the outside executive. We were always lean so we were surprised when we lost a lot of people.

More worthless managers and directors are what needs to be severed, not front line customer facing employees.
You might be disappointed expecting a big severance based on your tenure - another thread states they're giving 2 months severance package across the board...
Might not have been the wisest idea to 'quiet quit' after all....
I could only hope, I think I mastered quiet quitting or it could be the work ethic at Dell. I'm quietly waiting while getting paid for my 15 year severance package . Its hard work and I'm sure other Dell employees can relate
but for the time my win is my worthless manager is gone.
