Don’t believe the low unemployment numbers people. I’ve been looking for months and it seems impossible to get an offer, for every posting there are like 500 candidates.

Everything is going great, you don't know how good you have it!
@yqn+1syAx0jz so true!!
job alerts from LinkedIn, Indeed etc. are to get the traffic on their site and usually the position is no longer available. BE CAREFUL when you post your resume on those sites--they basically harvest your info and will flood your inbox!

Part of the issue is that companies question the judgment of applicants who knowingly joined a firm with an asset cap, consent decrees, and a growing union. Thanks to offshoring for that. This company and country are digging a grave for its people.
the applicant count in LinkedIn is highly inaccurate and represents howanynpeie have looked the posting, not actually applied.
Yep, they’re rigging the stock market too -
Every time I get a new job alert from LinkedIn, there are already more than 100 applicants within 24 hours. I have never seen this before.
