It is Q4, so let the RDE cut begin and...

More cuts and LO so Hon can do the same dance routine for wall street for Q4.

MM lies to his minions about his promised quarterly commitment to DA, causing unnecessary angst in the organization. Remember that at the end of the quarter when you're told to go find money because the sky is falling.

@yzn - R u kidding? MM has no clue what people do yet he makes decisions like a dictator. He will have no problems cutting and pushing those left even harder. And hire some contract workers to fill any voids - no training allowed. Whole sites are being converted to contract workers and we are told to make it happen.

There’s still RDE at all?!

M&M knows that he’s cutting now and will pay later. He’s coordinated with DA to ensure Corp has a line of Relief $ to fill the gap and that Wall St won’t hold them accountable. If he’s earning $200k a month in salary and bonus, RIFing folks now to survive another quarter is personally worth $600k…. Think about that. What would you do for $600k if you had limited morals and surrounded by peers just like that?

Remember, Mad Dog is responsible for the $1 Billion past due in ISC before he was promoted to this higher level of incompetence. He cut personnel last July when we didn't make revenue. He hasn't yet figured out that cutting payroll looks good this quarter and then you can't make revenue next quarter. He'll do it anyway. Just wait until the jab mandate deadline right before Christmas. Or as someone else has posted, Merry RIFmas!

Well last I heard revenue is again behind our too optimistic sales forecast for q4.
Same happened in q3 where rde cuts were mandated right at the last week of Sep
Also happened in june with 2 weeks of rde cuts to save q2 moving charges to OH, training, revcogs, vac, etc
Rinse and repeat as sales are not improving and travel has already tapered off.

There is no way that there will be deeper cuts. At least for AERO with its mounting past dues that had a nasty impact to the revenue being missed for Q3. MM will not risk cutting personnels at least for now.
